“A Different Kind of School...
...A Better Education”

Kindergarten
Between 2½ and 6 years is the age in which children need physical space to experience growing into their bodies. Formal learning is saved for later so that we can nurture the vital, life-filled qualities of early childhood.

Imaginative free play plus daily contact with the natural environment provides the necessary basis for the children's healthy future development and education.

The daily telling of folk or fairy tales nourishes their imaginative capacity. Structured activities such as singing, ring games, cooking, painting and gardening encourage confidence in their physical capabilities and feelings of usefulness.

Parent & Toddler Group
Sessions follow a simple rhythm of shared singing, playing, refreshments and appropriate seasonal celebrations. As well as a good way to relax and meet other parents and carers, it is also an excellent way to become familiar with the ideas of Steiner Waldorf education and to share child development/parenting issues with each other.
